CHEESECAKE OREO BAJO EN GRASA Y SIN AZÚCAR
Cheesecake:
250gr. Queso crema temperatura ambiente
250gr. Requesón o queso ricotta temperatura ambiente
125ml Crema ácida
16 sobres stevia
6 huevos
1 cucharadita vainilla
Costra de oreo:
21 galletas oreo sin relleno troceadas
100 grs de nuez
100 gr. mantequilla fundida
Jarabe de frutas:
150gr fresas
150gr zarzamora
12 sobres stevia
Decoración:
150gr fresas con rabo
150gr zarzamoras
En un procesador de alimentos poner las galletas y la nuez moler a obtener un polvo fino. Agregar la mantequilla fundida a formar una pasta. Cubrir el fondo del molde.
